A Will is one of the most important documents you will sign in your own lifetime and it is vitally important to take Expert Legal Advice before you complete your Will.

If you do not make a will, your assets will be distributed in accordance with the law of intestacy once you die. Making a will allows you to make the most appropriate provisions for your family and loved ones having regard to your own personal and financial circumstances. We at D.P. Barry & Co. have been providing expert legal advice in a considered, practical and constructive fashion for 40 years.

Please read the Law Society of Ireland’s pamphlet that provides helpful information on wills and explains why it so important to make a will – Wills Leaflet

In an effort to support the local community and charities in a small way we will donate the full cost of making your will to the chosen charity of the month.  Our standard fee for making a will is €150 (€123 plus vat) and this will be donated without any deduction to the chosen local charity.

Putting your affairs in order gives peace of mind and provides for your loved ones.  At the same time the donation of the fee for our expert legal advice and support in the process of drawing up a will or updating an existing will can enable these charities to continue their great work in our community and communities all over Ireland.
